Job Description:

Do you have employee relations experience and are seeking your next challenge within HR? If so, we'd love to hear from you!

Our client, a global financial services firm in Glasgow, is recruiting for a HR Officer to join their team on an initial 6-month temporary basis. Extension is expected and there is the potential for the role to become permanent.

This role will be hired on a hybrid home/office working pattern.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Proven HR experience ideally gained within a global business
  • Working knowledge of UK employment legislation

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR Business Partners to drive performance through people by delivering services in employee relations, performance management and data analysis
  • Guiding the business through their challenges ensuring that people, diversity and policy are key to decisions
    Monitor and coordinate with clients on all aspects of relocation, immigration and visa processes
  • Deliver professional support to our client group in all aspects of absence management and periods of leave
