Job Description:
Our client, a reputable financial services firm, are seeking a Trust Assistant to join their team in London on a permanent basis. Great opportunity for someone early in their career to develop and grow in a reputable firm.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Previous volume administration experience in a regulated environment - financial services, accountancy, legal, banking.
- Strong IT skills, proficient in MS Office applications, CCH experience useful.
- Always maintaining excellent accuracy/attention to detail including whilst under pressure.
- Highly organised with excellent time management.
- Ability to work using own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proactive approach.
Core Responsibilities:
- Handling travel & expense requests.
- Handling charitable grant requests and keeping grants database up to date.
- Scanning, filing and allocation of incoming post.
- Providing cover during periods of absence.
- Diary/Email management for Managers/Directors.
- Scanning company documentation and filing within CCH systems.
- Handling client and internal queries (telephone/email) in a professional manner.
- Processing client payments.
- Attendance at client meetings and minute taking.
- Peer review preparation.
- Internal form completion - new clients, closures.
- Data entry within CCH.
- Safe records.
- Other administrative tasks as required by the team.
