Betsy Williamson is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Core-Asset Consulting, founded in 2005. Driven by the belief that "recruitment should be built on people, service and ethics – not fees, targets and internal competition," Betsy launched Core-Asset’s innovative model combining executive search principles with the best of contingency sourcing.

Her leadership has driven Core-Asset through significant expansion, achieving record milestones and earning recognition as one of the top 200 women-powered businesses in the UK by JP Morgan Private Bank (2003). With an MA in Human Capital Management and a BA in International Business, Betsy has dedicated her career to recruitment in the financial and professional services sectors, and she is a true expert in the field.
