Job Description:

Do you specialise in Learning and Development and are you seeking a new challenge? If so, we'd love to hear from you!

Our client, a prestigious asset management business in Edinburgh, is recruiting for a Learning & Development Coordinator on an initial 6 month fixed term contract. This is a brand new role in which you'd support the L&D Manager within our client's finance department.

Our client can hire on either a full or part-time basis and the role offers hybrid office/home working.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Previous learning and development experience
  • Early careers/graduate L&D experience (beneficial)
  • Excellent stakeholder experience

Core Responsibilities:

  • Support the Finance L&D Manager with the delivery of department learning & development initiatives
  • Assist with the development of the department's graduate programme and maintenance of graduate programme documents
  • Produce Learning & Development management information and statistics as required
  • Support department induction programme
  • Support other Learning & Development colleagues within other business areas as required
