Job Description:
If you are a Marketing Manager who has experience with improving the automation of marketing systems ensuring efficiency is at the for front of all decision making, then we would love to hear from you. The role holder has the opportunity to take the lead in maintaining the core infrastructure and processes that allow the marketing team to work effectively and optimise its performance.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Experience and interest in wrap platforms and platform marketing, with knowledge of a range of investment and pension tax wrappers and tools
- Knowledge of marketing automation systems, preferably Hubspot.
- Proven experience of CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience of using content management systems such as Drupal
- Working knowledge of the sales funnel and demand generation
- Experience creating lead management, scoring, attribution, nurturing and routing programmes
- An interest in data management and data analytics and experience in using analytics programmes such as Google Analytics
- Keen attention to detail
- Proven experience of leading the effectiveness and return on investment of marketing activities and evidence of continual improvement
Core Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the marketing technology stack including marketing automation tools (Hubspot), CRM (Dynamics) and CMS (Drupal) tools.
- Ensure the full scale of the technology capability is understood and communicated within the team and maximise the opportunities presented by each tool
- Automate processes and workflows across the marketing stack to maximise process improvements - join it all up.
- Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimise the marketing team performance.
- Own the demand generation process from lead management, capture, scoring and nurturing to marketing qualified hand off to sales.
- Utilise the marketing stack to automate processes and workflows and ensure an effective closed loop reporting cycle.
- Track, monitor and report on pipeline management throughout the lead to customer journey to maximise process improvements, improve understanding of what works and attribution analysis to join it all up.
- Maintain effective relationships with the regional business development directors (RBDD) and account managers (AMs) supporting their business development activities with appropriate support.
- Support the marcomms team in the creation and ongoing management of digitally enabled campaigns. This includes email campaigns via hubspot and mailchimp, social media including paid, and digital advertising.
- Provide support to the marcomms team on effective campaign evaluation and performance tracking.
