Job Description:

Our client, an Edinburgh based asset manager, is recruiting for an individual to support their HR team for an initial 3 months on a contract basis.
Skills/Experience:
- Previous HR experience
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Previous financial services experience (desirable)
Core Responsibilities:
- Recruitment administration: including the preparation and issuing of new hire documentation and taking responsibility for the completion of pre-employment screening checks
- Producing letters as required for different stages in the employee lifecycle process
- Maintaining personnel files (online and paper based) in line with the legislative requirements and the needs of the business
- Advising managers and employees on appropriate actions to be taken following queries raised
- Manage the team mailbox
- Employee relations: including minute taking when required in consultation and appeal meetings and updating of the HR system and files
