A leading fintech firm supporting the financial advise market seeks an experienced HR Manager to support development of the growing team and to support talent acquisition. A truly collaborative business, you will be instrumental in supporting the people element of the business, focusing on culture, talent and development. You will be fully CIPD qualified with significant experience, ideally with exposure to supporting an IT business.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Degree qualified in Human resources or related discipline
  • Significant experience in an internal HR role
  • Previous experience working with senior management stakeholders
  • Ability to work remotely and across time zones

Core Responsibilities:

  • Drive organisational culture in partnership with leadership team.
  • Help build, strengthen, and instil company values in teams across region.
  • Educate and ensure staff adhere to policies, guidelines, and regulations, including the rules and regulations of privacy, confidentiality, copy rights, security, and safety.
  • Assist in navigating HR requirements, regulatory frameworks and administer local operations in new geographies
  • Organise staff activities including orientation, training, and performance management.
  • Monitoring and reporting staff attendance, performance, and targets.
  • Monitor and address any workplace disputes, complaints, and harassment allegations, and where appropriate, in partnership with the leadership team, de-escalate or escalate as required.
  • Any other HR related duties that management might give from time to time
  • Work collaboratively with peers in other regions as part of a community of practice
  • Manage all recruitment focused tasks such as advertising, short listing, interview process and feedback, offers and appointment letters, including coordinating with external recruitment firms as required.
  • Identify talent across region
  • Build talent pipeline to cover short and long-term workforce capability.
  • Coordinate basic staff onboarding and orientation to see the acquisition process through to completion.
  • Maintain on-going communication of acquisition pipeline & priorities with leadership team.
  • Other ad-hoc recruitment related duties that arise from time to time.
