Our client, a prestigious asset manager, is recruiting for a HRIS Analyst on an initial 12 month fixed term contract.

Our client offer a hybrid home/office working pattern.

Skills/Experience:

• Workday knowledge and experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Review, maintain and develop business processes utilising the HRIS
• Support the administration of Workday and provide effective solutions and service to end users
• Develop and maintain awareness of HR technology best practice and latest thinking
• Support the day-to-day maintenance and testing of the firm's HRIS
• Coordinate effective reporting from both Workday and other systems and facilitate the production of accurate and insightful management information
• Contribute to the development of current standards and procedures
• Maintain appropriate governance controls and arrangements for the HRIS
