Job Description:
Our client a global force in the asset management space is looking for an individual with experience of fulfilling client or new business questionnaires to join their Client Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ) Team. This is an exciting new opportunity in a reputable business.
This is a great role for someone with prior experience in a DDQ or RFP role. You will have strong organisational skills, be very process driven and enjoy working in a fast paced and busy environment. This role will work closely with the ESG team, so previous experience or an evidenced interest in this area is preferred.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Previous experience of fulfilling client or new business questionnaires, preferably in financial services

Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Experience of using qvidian
- Experience of using diligence vault and diligend
Core Responsibilities:
- Complete due diligence questionnaires for existing clients globally with tailored, concise and high-quality responses
- Complete allocated regular tasks in an accurate and timely manner
- Responsible for peer checking a wide range of questionnaires to ensure they are accurate
- To become comfortable with using a variety of internal and external systems
- Responsible for providing relevant input, updates and improvements to the shared database of standard responses
- Effective management of own workload with the ability to juggle competing deadlines
- Maintain a network of effective relationships with colleagues at all levels
- Attend relevant training sessions to continuously further your learning and development
- Attend relevant team meetings representing the team to further your knowledge and help align the team with the needs of the business
- Support other team members with work as appropriate
- Proactively monitor the team mailbox and action requests appropriately following the team allocation process
- Able to confidently represent the team at meetings and on projects
