Our client a leading global financial services firm is seeking an experienced individual to join in the role of Senior Client Integration Manager which is based within their Global Payments Solutions, Client Management team. This role requires you to a have written and spoken communications in a European language (French, Italian, German or Spanish). This role is based in London.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Proven experience of successful project management, utilising relevant tools and techniques to ensure consistent delivery.
- Experience of building effective customer relationships which create customer advocacy
- Relevant product knowledge including Global Payments Solutions products and services is desirable but not essential.
- Role relevant qualifications, i.e. SWIFT, CertICM
- Both spoken and written communication in a European language (French, Italian, German or Spanish)
- Availability to undertake the travel required for this role, i.e. some domestic and overseas travel.
- Previous experience of delivering an excellent customer service.
Core Responsibilities:
- On board clients to digital channels including SWIFT and API.
- Deliver to clients a technical consultative service providing integrated solutions which can streamline their business workflow, optimise their treasury management system (TMS) and enterprise resource planner (ERP).
- Project managing the Integration of cash management solutions.
- Driving project timelines in order to achieve optimal time to revenue.
- Being up to date with product and technical developments in order to implement the most appropriate customer solutions.
- Maintaining regular dialogue with Internal and external stakeholders in support of best practice initiatives that establish and maintain vibrant, enthused, and highly energized work environment
- Manage a varied portfolio of complex regional and global integration projects.
