Job Description:

Do you work in marketing and are looking for a new challenge within the financial services sector? If so, we'd love to hear from you!

Our client, a financial services firm in Edinburgh, is recruiting for a Marketing Operations Consultant to join them on an initial 12-month fixed term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is mid-level and seeking more exposure.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Knowledge of wrap/platforms and the adviser market
  • Understanding of investment and pension products
  • Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills
  • Proven experience of creating and implementing marketing and communications activity and operational messaging in a business-to-business environment

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Knowledge and use of Hubspot

Core Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of an operational communications plan and develop a range of communications activity to implement this plan
  • Manage all operational client mailings via an external mailing house
  • Create and manage collateral, ensuring literature is in line with the approval process
  • Manage the production of literature items in InDesign
  • Attend project meetings as required and lead the delivery of the mailing and literature elements
  • Maintain effective relationships throughout the business
