Our client, an investment firm is seeking a Financial Reporting Administrator to join their team based in Aberdeen. You will be reporting to the Financial Reporting Administrator Team leader and play a key role in facilitating the product development process band working with a range of trusted global third party providers to ensure excellent service provision. You will also be responsible for monitoring the quality of the outsourced administration across ASI Pooled Funds.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Experience working in a financial reporting role within financial services
- Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Good communication skills
- Good command of Excel desired.
Core Responsibilities:
- Review and payment of a variety of fund related fees received from the Third-Party Administrators (TPA)
- Process Ad-hoc invoices for all fund ranges and maintain the register.
- Provide support for Board Paper production for Closed Ended Investment Trusts
- Review of Fund Turnover calculation received from TPA.
- Updating of fund data on SharePoint site.
- Management of various group inboxes.
- Updating of procedures and user guides.
- Third Party Data collection on pooled funds for updating on various platforms.
- To assist with the preparation of various financial statements.
- To oversee fund distribution process for estimated and final rates
