Job Description:

Our client, a large financial services company, has an exciting opening for a Marketing Data Privacy Manager to join them on a 6-month fixed term contract basis.

The role is based in Edinburgh and offers a hybrid working model.

Essential Skills/Experience:

• In-depth awareness of developments in the external environment, in particular data privacy regulations such as Data Protection Act, GDPR and PECR, competitor insight, and ICO updates Ability to work on multiple activities with varying priorities and deadlines at any one time.
• Experience of leading projects, with strong organisational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Ensure the Servicing and Marketing rules are implemented consistently
• Establish appropriate governance and frameworks
• Lead working groups, creation of KPIs, develop ongoing reporting requirements and create supporting processes
• Monitor the external environment for ICO updates and aligned competitor insight.
• Manage the development of Servicing and Marketing Communication rules and champion across the business
• Support the development and delivery of plans to increase our marketable base and oversee their implementation
