Job Description:

A great role for a transition/fund implementation specialist to join a leading investment firm. With experience in the transition process, you will be instrumental in supporting any changes impacting the client's investment strategies.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Previous knowledge of transitions preferable.
  • A background in system and process, with strong experience of driving improvements in both.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work to a high level of accuracy, with strong attention to detail.
  • Pro-active and flexible approach

Core Responsibilities:

  • Project management of the asset transition exercise from start to finish, which includes.
    • leading the planning
    • liaison with all parties involved including investment managers, custodians, and third-party administrators.
  • Collating all necessary documentation and arranging authorisations for instructions.
  • Liaising with client consulting team to understand the objectives of the asset transition exercise.
  • Monitoring and driving all stages of the asset transition as project lead.
  • Ensuring adherence to the transition process and updating the system to ensure there is a robust audit trail.
  • Contributing to the improvement of the process.
  • Active contributor the transitions team, through ideas, sharing issues and solutions, and sharing of market knowledge.
  • Adhering to the firm's Information Security standards, policies, and procedures
