Job Description:
Our client, a leading Financial Services firm, are looking for 2 Research Analysts to join their investment team in Edinburgh. One of the roles will focus on Fixed Income and the other one on Real Assets.
It is essential that interested applicants either have the CFA Level I or are due to sit the Level I shortly.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Prior experience as a Research Analyst, or a closely related role.
- CFA Level I qualification is essential.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong MS Excel skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Carry out research projects on existing and potential investments (analysis of individual assets that are internally managed, of externally managed funds, or of the investing environment)
- Analysing underlying drivers of future returns for assets, including ESG considerations
- Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data upon which investment decisions are based.
