Job Description:

Our client, a well-established financial services firm, are currently recruiting a Stewardship and Sustainability Analyst to join their research operations department on a permanent basis in Edinburgh.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

• Experience working in an RFP/client reporting/research role ideally within financial services
• Understanding of business communications, including style and format of letters, presentations and reports
• University degree or equivalent
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels
• Strong team player
• Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word essential

Core Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the coordination and facilitation of proxy voting processes.
• Analyse company and portfolio level data which supports process for clients with additional sustainability objectives.
• Liaising with the Investment Research team, and Client Communications/Client Service, with stewardship documentation/ad hoc requests.
• Preparation of management information
• Preparation of stewardship and sustainability related information for client reports and RFPs.
