Job Description:

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Wealth Management Graduate to join a reputable firm on a permanent basis.

This role will focus on managing day-to-day office activity while progressing into wealth management administrative support. The role is full-time office-based in Glasgow.

Skills/Experience:

  • A proactive and hardworking graduate with an interest in pursuing a career in wealth management OR experience working in a wealth manager <1 year.
  • A positive attitude, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing demands with an organised approach to tasks.
  • Desire to learn about the business and the wider financial services sector.
  • The ability to manage deadlines with a good attention to detail.
  • Collaborative and a strong team player.
  • Efficient in all MS Office applications.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Client meetings; managing the booking system, greeting clients, preparing refreshments.
  • Responsible for routine office tasks such as oversight of office supplies, cleaners, scanning documents, audio typing and reception cover.
  • Collating and presenting data, liaising with colleagues, providing updates.
  • Providing support to Advisors across a broad spectrum of financial issues including investment, pensions and protection.
  • Key client contact, phone calls, arranging meetings etc.
  • Organising the adviser diary and managing the client review process; driving and preparing agendas.
  • Managing post meeting actions.
  • Drafting client communications, e.g. Client Agreements.
  • Ensuring systems are updated with current data and information.
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day office activity.
  • Build knowledge and understanding of the Wealth Management support role.
