Job Description:
We have an excellent opportunity for a Client Team Assistant to join a reputable financial investment firm in Edinburgh. In this role, you will provide essential support primarily to the Client Advisers and wider office.
Skills/Experience:
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritise effectively.
- Good attention to detail and not afraid to problem solve.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Collaborative team player.
- An understanding of financial services products and language is beneficial but not essential.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage Client Adviser diaries and travel, ensuring all meetings and reviews are efficiently scheduled.
- Update CRM records and internal systems, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with arranging meetings and opening new accounts for high-net-worth clients/general client onboarding and client administration.
- Assist with correspondence between the firm and external partners.
- Work closely with the Associate Advisers and assist with distributions of paperwork to clients and accountants/lawyers etc.
- Assisting with events.
- Support directors with general administration.
- For the infrequent client visits that we receive, meet and greet as well as prepare the meeting rooms and tidy after.
- Help with general office organisation including the kitchen area.
- Meet and greet of clients including meeting room prep and tidy.
