Job Description:

We have an exciting new role for a IFA administrator to join a leading financial planning firm in Perth. You will play a key role in day-to-day administrator tasks by helping the financial planners with their tasks.

You will be put through your exams, supported financially and with days off to study. Great career progression and excellent working culture.

Skills/Experience:

• Circa two year's financial services experience in a similar role.
• Effective time management skills - ability to organise workloads and work to deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Intelligent Office back-office system would be beneficial.

Core Responsibilities:

• Preparing annual review packs.
• Processing new business and withdrawals.
• Dealing with client & planner queries.
• Answering phone calls.
