Job Description:

Core-Asset Consulting are growing! We are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Associate to join the team. As an Associate you will play a central role in the Consulting Team. This is a varied role providing administrative and recruitment support to our permanent and contract, interim and temporary recruitment teams.

At Core-Asset we are dedicated to helping our employees achieve their potential and promote a culture of teamwork. We are based in Edinburgh's city centre and this is a full-time permanent opportunity with working hours 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage the formatting and submission of candidate applications on behalf of consultants.
  • Update recruitment CRM system with candidate records, notes, and GDPR consents.
  • Post job adverts to digital platforms and manage initial applicant response.
  • Schedule candidate screening calls and interviews with clients and consultants.
  • Handle incoming calls, inboxes, and other general support communication.
  • Begin to understand the expectations and service levels associated with client and candidate interactions.
  • Help format, proof, and archive documents used during the recruitment cycle.
  • Support internal reporting by collating data from recruitment systems for use by consultants or managers.
  • Maintain and update internal records such as activity trackers, placement logs, and feedback forms.
  • Log, track, and follow up on client and candidate queries where appropriate to ensure resolution.
  • Respond professionally to inbound telephone calls and emails, directing or escalating as required.
  • Assist in gathering feedback from clients and candidates after interviews or assignments.
  • Confirm interviews, send meeting invites, and support diary management on behalf of consultants.
  • Support the preparation of client-facing documents such as CV submissions and interview packs.
