Job Description:

Core-Asset Consulting is partnering with a leading FinTech company to recruit an experienced Financial Planner with expertise in projects and product delivery. This senior, client-facing role offers the opportunity to lead and shape innovative digital solutions for major financial institutions.

You will lead the end-to-end implementation of digital advice propositions, working closely with senior client stakeholders, internal delivery teams and external technology partners.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Hands-on experience as a financial adviser or financial planner.
  • Strong knowledge of financial advice rules, regulatory frameworks and advisory philosophy.
  • Qualifications in financial advice or financial planning.
  • In-depth understanding of wealth management products across investments, insurance and retirement.
  • Experience working with financial services technology platforms.
  • Proven involvement in digital transformation programmes within financial services.
  • Experience delivering projects within large or complex financial institutions.
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of digital financial advice solutions for institutional clients.
  • Engage senior client stakeholders to define and agree digital transformation roadmaps.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership across design, configuration, testing and delivery phases.
  • Ensure advice standards and platform configurations align with regulatory requirements.
  • Own delivery outcomes, timelines and solution quality.
  • Facilitate solution-focused workshops and governance updates.
  • Troubleshoot delivery and post-implementation challenges.
  • Support continuous improvement to maximise client outcomes.
  • Contribute to product strategy and roadmap development.
  • Support sales activity, including client demonstrations and RFP responses.
