Job Description:

We are working with a well-established financial services firm to appoint a Financial Adviser to join a centralised advice function. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility alongside the opportunity to deliver high-quality, compliant financial advice to a broad client base.

The successful candidate will provide tailored financial planning solutions, build long-term client relationships and play an integral role in supporting clients to achieve their financial objectives across investments, pensions, protection and estate planning.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Level 4 Financial Advice qualification (CII or LIBF minimum).
  • Current Competent Adviser Status (CAS) and valid Statement of Professional Standing (SPS).
  • Previous experience in a Financial Adviser or similar regulated advisory role preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • High levels of professionalism, integrity and attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload independently within a team environment.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed client consultations to understand financial goals, circumstances and priorities.
  • Deliver personalised financial advice and develop comprehensive financial plans aligned to client needs.
  • Maintain ongoing client relationships, providing regular reviews and proactive advice.
  • Monitor market developments and ensure advice remains current and appropriate.
  • Ensure all advice and client activity meets regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate client records and prepare clear, professional reports.
  • Support business growth through client referrals and new business opportunities.
