Job Description:

Are you a motivated graduate in Bristol looking to kick-start your career in pensions?

We are supporting our client with an excellent opportunity for a graduate to establish a career within pensions governance and professional trusteeship, joining a reputable organisation in Bristol.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior colleagues to deliver high-quality governance services to pension scheme clients, while developing strong technical expertise and in-depth industry knowledge.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Educated to A-level standard or equivalent.
  • Some experience supporting defined benefit occupational pension schemes.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality output.
  • Well-organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities effectively.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Support on the delivery of professional pensions trusteeship and governance services across schemes.
  • Contribute to scheme budgeting and invoicing processes, monitoring financial activity and supporting cost tracking.
  • Conduct quality checks on data and reports, ensuring accuracy of governance documentation and scheme records.
  • Support regulatory compliance and reporting requirements.
  • Conduct research and assist with client project work.
  • Help coordinate communications between trustees, sponsors, and advisers.
  • Maintain accurate internal records and documentation.
