Job Description:

Core-Asset Consulting is working with a growing wealth management firm to recruit a Client Services Executive to join their team in Edinburgh on a full-time basis.

This role offers the opportunity to support front-office teams in delivering a high standard of service to clients. You will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining accurate client records, and supporting the end-to-end client lifecycle. This role offers professional qualification sponsorship and strong progression opportunities.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Experience in a similar financial services role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive approach with a strong focus on client service.
  • Experience using CRM systems is advantageous.
  • Willingness to develop knowledge and relevant industry qualifications.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for clients and intermediaries, responding to queries and maintaining accurate records.
  • Support portfolio-related activity, including processing payments and handling incoming funds.
  • Prepare client meeting materials and assist with reporting, including quarterly valuations.
  • Support client onboarding processes, including KYC and suitability checks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing service delivery.
  • Maintain client documentation in line with regulatory and internal requirements.
  • Work closely with Risk & Compliance to ensure adherence to relevant regulations.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure client data is accurate and up to date.
  • Provide general administrative support as required.
