Job Description:
We're delighted to be recruiting for a talented IFA Administrator to join a highly regarded financial planning firm based in Glasgow. In this role, you'll provide essential day-to-day administrative support, working closely with the financial planners to ensure a smooth, efficient client experience.

Skills/Experience:
- Circa two year's financial services experience in a similar role.
- Experience working with in wealth management.
- Effective time management skills - ability to organise workloads and work to deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Intelligent Office back-office system would be beneficial.
Core Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Financial Advisers.
- Preparing annual review packs.
- Processing new business and withdrawals.
- Dealing with client & planner queries.
- Answering phone calls.
