Job Description:

Our client, a reputable wealth management firm, is seeking a Client Service Executive to join their team in Cheltenham on a permanent basis.

This is a client-facing role responsible for managing client relationships across the full lifecycle. You will act as a central point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring all administrative processes are completed efficiently and in line with internal procedures. This role offers support for professional qualifications and scope to progress down the Investment Manager route.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Experience in a similar financial services role, managing end-to-end administrative processes.
  • Strong understanding of client lifecycle and onboarding processes.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of the UK financial services regulatory environment desirable.
  • Client-facing experience would be advantageous.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Managing end-to-end client lifecycle administration processes including onboarding, account opening, transfers, payments and account amendments.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Supporting investment teams with client suitability documentation and related correspondence.
  • Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring all activities are completed in line with regulatory and internal procedures.
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships across operational and client-facing teams.
