Job Description:

Core-Asset Consulting is working with a leading investment management firm to recruit a Client Service Associate to join their Glasgow team.

The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for client administration matters, supporting investment professionals and ensuring client lifecycle processes are completed efficiently and accurately. The role will involve managing a broad range of client-facing and operational activities while maintaining a strong focus on service delivery and stakeholder communication.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Previous experience within a client service or administration role in financial services
  • Strong understanding of client lifecycle and onboarding processes
  • Experience working within an investment management or wealth management environment is preferred
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Confident liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of key administrative processes
  • Relevant industry qualifications would be advantageous

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end client lifecycle administration processes including onboarding, account opening, transfers, account amendments and payments
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client and stakeholder queries relating to administration matters
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients, investment teams and operational stakeholders
  • Support client suitability processes through the preparation and coordination of relevant documentation
  • Attend client meetings and assist with administration-related discussions where required
  • Handle more complex client lifecycle cases including estate and probate-related matters
  • Ensure all processes are completed in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support best practice across the wider team
