Job Description:

Core-Asset Consulting is working with a respected wealth and investment management firm to recruit a Client Services Administrator to join its growing client support team in Chichester.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and hardworking graduate looking to build a long-term career within financial services. Working as part of a collaborative and supportive team, you will play an important role in delivering a high-quality client experience while gaining broad exposure across client servicing and administration activities.

The successful candidate will support the end-to-end client lifecycle and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the office, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Professional communication skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Demonstrable interest in developing a career within financial services.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade A-C / 4-9.
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Previous experience within an administrative or client support role desirable.
  • Understanding of investment or wealth management products and services beneficial.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the administration of client accounts across the full client lifecycle, including onboarding, payments, transfers, account updates and closures.
  • Assisting with estate administration and maintaining accurate client records and documentation.
  • Providing day-to-day operational support, including meeting coordination, diary management, travel arrangements and preparation of client materials.
  • Responding to client queries professionally and efficiently, escalating investment-related matters where appropriate.
  • Supporting the preparation and distribution of client communications and correspondence.
  • Maintaining accurate filing and archiving processes in line with internal procedures.
  • Creating and updating presentations and supporting documentation for meetings.
  • Contributing to team discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Providing general office and telephone support as required.
