Job Description:

We are working on a fantastic Digital Marketing Manager role with a leading financial services firm.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused and results-driven digital marketing professional to lead the development and delivery of digital acquisition strategies across a range of high-impact channels.

Skills/Experience:

  • Proven experience within digital marketing, performance marketing or digital acquisition roles.
  • Strong hands-on expertise across SEO, paid search and paid social channels.
  • Understanding of emerging developments within AI-powered search and digital discovery.
  • Demonstrable experience managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable performance improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into effective marketing actions.
  • Experience working with digital analytics and reporting platforms.
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimisation and customer journey enhancement techniques.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business functions within a fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy focused on driving traffic, lead generation and conversion.
  • Lead performance marketing activity across key channels, including organic search, paid search, paid social and emerging AI-driven search environments.
  • Manage and optimise digital acquisition campaigns, ensuring marketing investment delivers strong commercial outcomes and return on investment.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys and conversion performance through testing, optimisation and data-driven decision making.
  • Use analytics and performance insights to monitor channel effectiveness, identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with content and brand teams to ensure messaging is aligned, audience-focused and optimised for digital discovery.
  • Work closely with technology and data teams to maintain robust tracking, measurement and reporting capabilities.
  • Manage relationships with external partners and agencies, ensuring delivery against agreed objectives and performance standards.
  • Provide clear performance reporting and actionable recommendations to key stakeholders across the business.
  • Champion a culture of continuous optimisation, experimentation and digital best practice.
