Job Description
Our client, a forward-thinking financial services organisation, is looking to appoint an AI Solutions Specialist to play a key role in its AI transformation journey. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Microsoft Power Platform professional to design and deliver enterprise AI solutions that enhance business processes, improve operational efficiency and drive innovation across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deliver enterprise AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Build intelligent automations and AI agents that integrate with existing business systems and data sources.
- Translate business requirements into secure, scalable and well-governed AI-enabled solutions.
- Ensure solutions comply with data governance, risk, compliance and audit requirements, producing supporting documentation where required.
- Work collaboratively with technology, operations, risk, compliance and product teams to embed AI into core business processes.
- Identify opportunities to standardise reusable AI components, automation patterns and best practices.
- Support the organisation's AI enablement initiatives by sharing knowledge, successful use cases and technical expertise.
- Contribute to internal training sessions, demonstrations and knowledge-sharing activities to build AI capability across the business.
- Promote consistent standards for AI solution design, automation and governance.
- Act as a trusted subject matter expert, supporting colleagues in the safe and effective adoption of AI technologies.
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Experience designing and delivering scalable AI or automation solutions within an enterprise environment.
- A strong understanding of responsible AI principles, including data governance, transparency, risk management and solution accuracy.
- Experience working within regulated or governed environments, with an appreciation of compliance, audit and change management requirements.
- The ability to translate complex business challenges into secure, scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900).
The following would be advantageous:
- Experience designing Copilot agents or multi-agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, APIs and authentication approaches.
- Familiarity with AI governance frameworks, risk controls and model selection.
