Our client is a well-established financial services firm based in Edinburgh, offering hybrid working. They are looking for an experienced Change Manager to develop a change management framework, ensuring business, operational, regulatory and strategic change is delivered effectively, consistently and with appropriate governance. In this role you will ensure change initiatives are managed and implemented in a controlled way.

Skills / Experience:

• Extensive proven change management experience as a change or project manager in a financial services environment
• Proven experience implementing change management methodology and processes
• Ability to effectively lead meetings and manage and collaborate with key stakeholders
• Change management or project management qualification desirable
• Excellent communication skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop the change management framework, methodologies, standards and governance processes
• Liaise with the programme office to develop and implement formal change and reporting processes, providing accurate and timely updates to the Senior Leadership Team and other governance forums
• Act as Project Manager for key strategic and operational initiatives, leading multidisciplinary project or change teams to deliver agreed outcomes
• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from business case development through to post-implementation review
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with senior leaders, project sponsors, teams and external partners
• Develop stakeholder engagement to support project success and organisational readiness
• Facilitate workshops, steering groups and project meetings, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout
