Our client, an investment management firm based in London, is looking to appoint a Mandate Compliance Analyst to join their Portfolio Services team.
You will be responsible for the monitoring and breach management of all client, regulatory and internal investment restrictions across the firm's managed portfolios.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- Proven experience in a Mandate Compliance role in financial services
- Knowledge of Charles River
- Understanding of investment restriction coding
- Working knowledge of the regulatory framework applicable to UK and Luxembourg regulated funds, including UCITS
- Work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Ability to communicate clearly and interface with all relevant business areas
- Strong team player
Core Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all investment restriction coding and controls in the order management system
- Manage the daily breach process
- Implement any changes to restriction coding or manual controls when required
- Maintain the coding and associated audit trail for the internal stop list
- Manage the implementation of client-specific restricted stock lists
- Produce relevant management information for internal governing committees as required
