Betsy founded Core-Asset Consulting in 2005 whilst working towards her Master’s in Human Capital Management, she initially graduated with a BA Hon’s in International Business in 1999. Betsy has spent her entire career within Asset Management and Investment Recruitment in Scotland.

Together with her role as Managing Director Betsy is also responsible for the company’s Executive Search capabilities, where she has built up a reputation as one of Scotland’s premier recruiters.

Kamilla graduated with a First-Class Degree in Business Management from Edinburgh Napier University in 2019.  She joined Core-Asset Consulting in January 2013 initially as an Associate,

Kamilla is responsible for Front Office Asset Management Recruitment across Equity, Fixed Income, Multi-Asset, Private Equity and Alternatives, together with supporting Core-Asset’s International Executive Search capabilities which operates Globally. Kamilla is trilingual in English, German and Russian.
